Project

The courses in English were designed in response to the requests made by African bishops to create an appropriate place in Poland to educate priests from their countries.

An interesting culture, a moving historical experience, a vivid religiosity and a faithfulness to tradition make us an ideal place for Catholics from outside Europe to study theology.

With the support from the Polish government, in 2018, we were able to open the opportunity of studying at the Faculty of Theology for priests from countries suffering from violence and the persecution of religious and ethnic minorities, predominantly in Africa.

The project delivered in association with the Aid to the Church in Need and the Pontifical Society of St. Peter the Apostle contributes greatly to the education of future academics in the countries which are daily scenes of acts of discrimination and persecution of Christians.

The University implements the project „Organization of Studies in English for Students Coming from Religious and Ethnic Minorities from Countries Where the Minorities Suffer Discrimination and Persecution, Especially from Africa”.
