A few days before Christmas 2019, the Department of Missiology held a Christmas wafer sharing meeting for the faculty and the students of theology and other people involved in the Department of Theology.

The meeting was opened by the UKSW Vice-Rector Professor Anna Fidelus who welcomed everyone wishing them all the best for the coming year. Then, Rev. Patrick Soka, the most senior member of the theology students from Africa took the floor, expressing his gratitude for the warm welcome and the opportunity of studying in our university and also wishing everyone all the best for the coming year.

Apart from sharing the Christmas wafer along with the wishes, Christmas carols were sung and everyone enjoyed a heart warming atmosphere of accompanying conversations run over the Christmas dinner prepared specially for this occasion by the chef of our university restaurant. This was a very special time for all of us which poured warmth and peace in our hearts, letting us enter this significant time in the Christian calendar.
